Website + Care

What’s included

Custom websites start at $850 CAD for a normal small-business scope. Larger or unusually complex projects: Custom quote. We agree on the pages and requirements before work begins.

• Generally up to five custom pages, designed for mobile and desktop
• Content structure, visual design, and development
• A contact or inquiry form where needed
• Basic SEO, page titles, and metadata
• Performance and accessibility checks
• Launch, deployment, and handover documentation

After launch

We keep your website online, maintained, and looked after. Managed Care includes hosting, deployment and infrastructure management, and routine maintenance. You can contact the person who built it for support.

Managed Care includes minor content changes, such as updating business hours, replacing an image, changing existing text, or updating contact information.

You own the website once the build is paid.

Separate costs and extra work

Domain registration and paid third-party services are separate. Managed Care does not include unlimited development. New pages, redesigns, major content work, inquiry forms, and third-party embeds are scoped and quoted separately.

Optional Analytics

Every MINIMORPHIC client has access to the client portal for payments. Analytics is an optional website-reporting add-on in that same portal, not a requirement for portal access.

Add full client-dashboard analytics for $20 CAD/month. With Managed Care, the total is $70 CAD/month.

Planned reporting includes visitors and traffic, trends, page views, popular pages, traffic sources, devices, and useful month-over-month comparisons.

What happens next

Send an inquiry with a brief description of your business and the website you need. We confirm the scope, any extras, and payment terms in writing before work begins.
